Working one–to–one with a typical portfolio of 45 learners, our trainer/assessors typically spend about 90% of their working time back in industry, passing on their knowledge using bespoke learning and assessment technology. At HIT, we understand that everyone likes some flexibility and we offer both full and part–time positions that allow flexible working around family or other work commitments.

HIT has a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy and Code of Practice that we require all staff to adhere to. HIT will also require proof of qualifications and confirmation of the right to work in the UK. All posts are subject to a six month probationary period and all offers of employment are conditional and subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and CRB report.
